The lifting of spray guns and glass conveying are driven by synchronous belts, ensuring smooth and stable transmission with long service life.

3. Low Failure Rate Design

The spray gun lifting mechanism is located outside the machine body, reducing the risk of dust interference and simplifying maintenance, resulting in a significantly lower failure rate.

4. Wide Glass Size Compatibility

Handles glass thickness from 3mm to 50mm, with max glass size up to 2500×3000mm, suitable for a variety of glass types and dimensions.

5. Consistent Sandblasting Speed

Achieves a stable sandblasting speed of 20–25 m²/h, ensuring efficient and uniform surface treatment across different glass sizes.

6. Reliable Working Pressure

Operates under a working pressure of 0.6–0.8MPa, with compressed air consumption of 3m³/min at 22kW, ensuring stable and powerful sandblasting performance.

7. Abrasive Material Compatibility

Uses aluminium oxide as the standard abrasive material, ideal for glass etching, frosting, and surface finishing.
